Payment Schedule
Final payment is due prior to your session date unless otherwise confirmed via phone or email. Custom plans may be available upon request.
Rescheduling & Weather
If weather affects an outdoor session, we'll reschedule to the next available date that works for both parties.
Cancellations
Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations and rescheduling terms are confirmed via phone or email at the time of booking.
Turnaround Time
Gallery delivery timelines vary by session type and season. Current delivery times are 2–3 weeks.
Prints & Products
Professional print and album options are available. Product pricing and ordering details are shared after your gallery delivery.
